We Manufacture this PSA system which is especially designed for Medical usage. This gas generator has an air compressor system with refrigerated type dryer, which supplies the compressed air at 6.0 to 8.0 kg/cm2g to a twin tower PSA system having composite bed filled with Activated Alumina and special grade of molecular sieves. Activated alumina adsorbs moisture present in the air while molecular sieves adsorb CO2 and nitrogen. Thus, oxygen gas with a purity of around 93+3% is available at the outlet. After a preset cycle time, the towers are switched over through a sequence controller and a set of change over valves. With this, second tower comes into operation and first tower undergoes simultaneous regeneration. This cycle of towers changeover is repeated infinitely and oxygen gas is continuously available at the outlet.
